& the winner is…

We can now proudly announce that JH.A has won first place in the prestigious local restoration awards for The Standing Order Pub, in Derby.

This year long project - delivered on behalf of our longstanding client JD Wetherspoon - saw a former ornate banking hall in Derby and its neighbouring medieval terrace, (birthplace of the venerable Joseph Wright!) lovingly restored into a stunning public house. This considered architectural heritage design project compliments its setting in Derbys' medieval Irongate, bringing two important buildings back into public use and safeguarding their future. Congratulations must go to Sami Kamha who led the project on behalf of JH.A Manchester and of course the fantastic team at JD Wetherspoon who backed this wonderful project all the way.
